Podravka plum jam is a recognizable and appreciated traditional Croatian product thanks to its great fruit content. Made according to the original recipe of our grandmothers, with a large amount of carefully picked bistrica plums from Croatia with a minimum of 160 g of fruit in 100 g of baked jam and a very small amount of added sugar. Fine lubricants consistency and full rich flavor are additional quality of this product.
Jam is produced according to original local recipes since 1975 and as such is unique in the world. The characteristic taste, smell and consistency of jam plum is the result of the research work of Podravka’s experts. The original recipe is built in a modern production technology, while retaining the unique flavor of jam as it used to be prepared by our grandmothers.
